Nathalye Balistrire is an Venezuelan-American mental health leader and the founder of Mind-Ra Mental Health Cosmetics, a mission-driven company revolutionizing hygiene accessibility for neurodivergent individuals. With over 15 years of hands-on experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Autism-Certified Professional, Nathalye has been an advocate for those often overlooked in traditional care systems.

Her deep, empathetic work with neurodivergent individuals and their families revealed a consistent, unmet need: the emotional and cognitive barriers with personal hygiene. In response, Nathalye created Mind-Ra, not just as a brand, but as a movement. Her mission is to build an equal world where hygiene is not a source of stress or shame, but a right accessible to all.
