The founder and CEO of Mind-Ra Mental Health Cosmetics®

Nathalye Balistrire is a Venezuelan-American mental health professional and the founder of Mind-Ra Mental Health Cosmetics®, a mission-driven brand redefining hygiene accessibility for neurodivergent individuals. With over 15 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Autism-Certified Professional, Nathalye has dedicated her career to supporting individuals and families often overlooked by traditional care systems.

Through her clinical work, she identified a critical gap in personal care: the emotional and cognitive barriers surrounding hygiene. This insight led her to create Mind-Ra Mental Health Cosmetics® - not just as a product line, but as a movement - centered on dignity, accessibility, and mental-health–informed design. Nathalye continues to bridge clinical expertise, cultural identity, and social impact, advocating for a future where hygiene is a right, not a source of stress or shame.
